RE/DEV Fund I

RE/DEV Fund I is a $20,000,000 equity offering with a focus on building condominiums and single family or townhouse subdivisions. The projects will be located in affluent communities with great school systems and 20 to 25% of each project will be affordable housing per the Chapter 40B guidelines in Massachusetts. Chapter 40B allows developers to bypass local zoning rules to build affordable housing in communities that do not meet a 10% threshold.

RE/DEV Opportunity Zone Fund content  RE/DEV Opportunity Zone Fund is a $150,000,000 equity offering with a focus on creating condominiums, town home and single family units in emerging communities. This Fund allows investors to invest capital gains from stocks or sales of property and receive preferential tax deferred advantages up to possibly paying no tax if invested funds are used for 10 years. Massachusetts has been approved for 79 opportunity zones throughout the state.
